Vice President Kamala Harris led the Biden-Harris administration’s fight to restore reproductive rights protected by Roe v. Wade, chaired the White House Task Force on Worker Organizing and Empowerment, and worked hard to cap the cost of insulin and lower prescription drug costs. As the deciding vote on the American Rescue Plan of 2021, Harris helped to extend the expanded child tax credit and unemployment benefits and saw the creation of more than 15 million new jobs.
